Getting Out the Democrat Vote

I'm sure the gentleman with the stick is wearing a McCain/Palin button...

I was perusing the headlines this morning and an article on Fox News caught my attention.  The title was "Nonprofit raises eyebrows with mailings seeking to increase voter registration".  As I read the article, it was pretty much what I expected.  A group trying to get "underrepresented" voting blocks registered to vote.  Among these "underrepresented" blocks are pets and dead people which, in my opinion, truly are underrepresented groups.  This of course keeps with two core Democrat philosophies "Vote early, vote often" and the old Chicago and St. Louis standbys of "Get the dead out to vote".  All of this was of mild interest because it isn't anything new or surprising.  What caught my eye was the following description of the story:
"After voter registration forms sent to dead people, pets, critics say nonprofit trying to get more Democrats to vote."

My immediate thought was this:  After more than 3 1/2 years of Obama, these should be the only groups where votes could be found for Obama.
