What Does The Future Hold For Suspect #2?

At the time of this writing, Boston Marathon bombing suspect #1 has gone on to meet Allah.  Law
enforcement has a home surrounded in Watertown, MA where suspect #2 is reportedly holed up.  Let's assume that he is taken alive, and take a little quiz.  There is only one question....

Q:  What will Suspect #2 be doing in 40 years?

A:  Hosting a midday talk show on MSNBC

B:  Teaching political theory at Columbia University

C:  Delivering the keynote address at the 2053 National Education Association convention

D:  Holding campaign fundraisers for Democratic candidates

E:  All of the above

Monday Musings With The Crew

  • Something is happening in Philadelphia that should terrify you to your very core.  Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter has directed the Philadelphia Human Rights Commission to investigate Philadelphia Magazine.  You see, the magazine dared to publish an essay about race relations that was authored by a white journalist and that contained quotes and opinions from white citizens of Philadelphia.  Mayor Nutter called the piece "disgusting", and described the white citizens quoted in the article as "too cowardly" to use their names.  Here's my opinion.......Mayor Nutter is just one more in a long line of race-baiting progressives who will do anything it takes to shut white people up.  He is despicable, intellectually dishonest, and a threat to every freedom-loving American of any color.  Read the Philadelphia Magazine article here, and decide for yourself.

  • Pew Research Center has released an interesting study of cable news outlets, comparing time spent reporting factual news vs time spent on opinion and commentary.  CNN led the way, spending 54% of its time reporting the news, and 46% opining about it.  Fox News was next, with 45% hard news and 55% opinion.  A distant third were the pyschopathic leftists at MSNBC, who spend 15% of their time reporting the news, and an astounding 85% of their time spewing filth about it.  Me? I think 15% sounds pretty high for MSNBC's actual news coverage.

  • Barack Obama, the great centrist, has nominated a hard left radical to fill his Cabinet's empty slot at Labor.  Tom Perez is a dangerous man, and should be allowed nowhere near a presidential Cabinet post.  Senate Republicans must derail this nomination at any cost.  Read more about Mr. Perez and the Inspector General's report on his gross misdeed's while at the Dept. of Justice here.

I'd give her a million bucks in taxpayer funds
just to go away....
  • And then there's this......   The federal government has awarded a Harvard-associated hospital $1.5 million of Other People's Money (OPM) to research why lesbians are so fat.  According to the grant application, 75% of lesbians are obese.  Look, only one of two things can be happening here.  Either Rosie O'Donnell is just skewing the curve for everybody, or.....dare I suggest it.......maybe this is nothing more than the classic chicken and egg scenario.

  • Finally, in a remarkable example of typecasting, Barack Obama is apparently playing Satan in the current History Channel hit "The Bible".  The big baddie himself showed up in last night's episode, and the internet exploded with the amazing similarity the character had to Dear Leader.....here is Glenn Beck's tweet on the topic.......

Racism In A Colorado Elementary School

Aurora, CO is once again in the news.  Parents of students at Mission Viejo Elementary School in Aurora were shocked to discover that the school was instituting an after-school tutoring program for white students only.  A letter sent to parents from school principal Andre Pearson described the program and confirmed that it was for white students only.

Outrage has spread across the country, and Aurora has been descended upon by all the usual suspects.....Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Maxine Waters, etc.  MSNBC and CNN have prominently featured this story, loudly decrying Pearson as "just another cracker principal trying to keep the black kids down".

When asked about the situation, President Obama responded "Obviously, the school principal acted stupidly.  I have asked the Department of Justice to immediately stop giving guns to Mexican drug traffickers and begin a full scale investigation of Mr. Pearson and his blatantly racist policies.  In this day and age we have no tolerance for segregation in our public schools."

I know what you are thinking right about now......"Geez Crew, if this is such a big story, why haven't I heard about?".    The answer is because it isn't true, at least not the part that the liberal race-baiters care about.

Mission Viejo Principal Andre Pearson (a black man) has in fact started a racist after-school tutoring program.  The reason you haven't heard about it is that the program is for "Students of Color" only.  White folks need not apply.

The story has been largely ignored by the mainstream media, as it doesn't fit conveniently into their twisted view of equality.   Discrimination against whites is okeydokey with the Sharptons and Jacksons of the world. The next time you see one of these ignorant scumbags in front of a camera, bloviating about some illusory racism, remember Aurora.  Remember a real racist like Andre Pearson.

The only news coverage I could find of the story is from the CBC station in Denver.  Their report is below...

Down Goes Obama, Down Goes Obama!

Overhead view of the debate stage as Jim Lehrer checks on the President

I've seen a lot of beatdowns in my life.  I saw Mike Tyson bludgeon Michael Spinks into dreamland in the first round in 1988.  I saw Jordan hit that jumper over Craig Ehlo,  I saw the 49ers manhandle the Broncos 55-10 in Super Bowl XXIV.  Now I have to add Romney-Obama I to my list of the all-time greatest routs.  Dennis Miller had the best line of the night when he said "Obama better hope a kicked ass is covered under Obamacare".

Romney came out from the get go loaded with facts, truth, and the courage to face down the President of the United States.  After striding out onto the stage with his usual supercool demeanor, President Obama's body language changed to that of a Labrador puppy who tore up the furniture while his owner was at work once Romney started to work him over.  Guess what Barry, the owners are home, and we're pissed about the mess you have made of our house!  Bad President!  Bad President!

Even with moderator Jim Lehrer holding his hand through some of the tough spots, the President looked like that debate stage was the LAST place in the world he wanted to be.  Well maybe, the second to last place.  If you think that Mitt was tough on Obama during the debate, how do you think Weezy treated him during the flight home?

The one recurring theme of Mr. Obama's presentation was that profits are bad.  He demonized profit making in the oil industry, banking, Wall Street, healthcare, you name it.  Romney was having none of it.  My favorite moment came when he made a not very subtle suggestion that Lehrer update his resume because federal funding of PBS is going away very soon!

Romney was sincere, with just the right amount of gravitas and personality.  Obama was a sulking teenager who realizes the game is up.  Several pundits are wondering based on his performance whether Obama really wants to serve another term in office.  I think there may be some truth behind that theory.  Maybe Dear Leader is looking forward to the $50,000 a pop lecture circuit that is awaiting him.

I really only have one regret from last night.   Where was this Mitt Romney in 2008?  This Mitt Romney would have mopped the floor with Senator Granddad in the primaries, and made the name Barack Obama a footnote in the history textbooks.  Maybe this Mitt Romney could have saved our country a lot of the pain and suffering of the last four years.  Better late than never.

Now in case you think I'm just crowing about my guy's performance from an ideological standpoint, I'll leave you with what Chris "the Tingle is Gone" Matthews had to say.....

Late Breaking Update!   Al Gore explains President's poor performance.....must watch!

MSNBC: Fallen Soldiers are Not Heroes

UP with Chris Hayes Panel Argues Fallen Soldiers are not Heroes

Chris, I dare you and your pack of freaks to tell this woman this man wasn't a hero!
As The Crew is ensconced at the SACSTW hidden Ozark command bunker today, I am taking over for him and his Monday Musings.  I was planning on doing a nice Memorial Day piece.  But yesterday, I heard about some guy who does a show on MSNBC called "Up with Chris Hayes".  Chris and a pack of liberal loonies debated that fallen soldiers should not be classified as "heroes". Apparently, they feel that giving your life in defense of your nation and fellow citizens does not necessarily elevate you to hero status.  You can view the video clips on The Blaze story about this pack of left-wing ingrates here.

I guess the liberal definition of hero is reserved for people who "sacrifice" for a cause that liberals believe in.  Such heroic figures as Sandra Fluke, Al Sharpton, and our Dear Leader Barack Hussein Obama.  I dare Chris and his progressive buddies to tell the woman in the picture above that the man on whose grave she is mourning wasn't a hero.  Of course that would require the courage and guts to stand up for what you believe.  Something that Chris and his fellow wormy buddies in their nice safe television studio wouldn't understand.

The Crew and I would like to thank families of all the soldiers who have paid the ultimate sacrifice to defend our nation and keep it free.  You are in our thoughts and prayers.  We would also like to thank the soldiers currently putting themselves in harms way.  You are in our prayers as well.  I would like to personally thank the following parents whose boys I have had the honor to coach for their service: Chris D., Carla and David C., Phil V., Michelle and Steve E., Steve M., Scott H., Scott R., and Jason C.  It truly has been an honor to coach your sons.  Happy Memorial Day to you all.

Oh, and Mr. Hayes, I would like to give you a message from all these people:  "UP" yours.
